Make your day truly our own

St Andrew's Church

This Grade II listed medieval church is a sight to behold both inside and out.

From the impressive stained glass window above the altar to the eight magnificent bells that hang in the tower, every inch of the church offers something special for your wedding day.

St Andrew’s Church is still used by the local community for Holy Communion on Sundays, as well as holding festival services and family occasions such as weddings and baptisms throughout the year.

History of the Church

St Andrew’s Church has been part of the Prestwold Estate since the 13th century.

The church has undergone extensive renovation throughout its history, most notably by Hussey Packe and architect Sir Arthur Bloomfoed ARA in 1890.

The tower and parts of the chancel still maintain their original medieval design and materials, while more modern renovations have helped to preserve this wonderful building to be enjoyed by future generations.
