Emma – General Manager
Emma brings 20 years of events experience and a deep passion for weddings. She supports our Event Managers and shines during private viewings.
Originally from Dublin, Emma now calls the UK home. She’s a dedicated runner, having completed the London Marathon twice, and enjoys weekly runs. At home, she loves cooking and spending time with her husband, two children, and two cats.
Aimee – Senior Event Manger
Aimee loves every aspect of a wedding day, but her favourite part is walking into The Dining Room and seeing our couples vision come to life. She's got an exceptional attention to detail and will always strive to ensure that our couples enjoy every aspect of their day to the fullest.
When Aimee is not busy running our incredible events she enjoys a well-earned cocktail with her friends and family
MJ – Operations Manager
Ever the professional, MJ has over 30 years of experience hosting events, both in the UK and internationally. Supporting and guiding the team, MJ’s attention to detail is second to none.
When MJ isn’t looking after business at Prestwold, she enjoys spending time with her family and her Portuguese water dog, Buddy. MJ balances out chocolate and Prosecco with jogging the occasional half marathon.
Jane - Housekeeping
Known as Lady Jane by her colleagues, Jane has worked at Prestwold Hall for over three decades! With an eagle eye for dust, she keeps Prestwold Hall shining.
When not at Prestwold Hall, Jane loves heading to London for a spot of tea at the Savoy before a show in the West End.
Henry Weldon - Managing Director
Henry brings extensive experience in leading prestigious country house wedding and events venues, with a passion for creating truly exceptional experiences. At Hodsock Priory, he is committed to delivering every event with elegance, care and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each celebration feels both effortless and unforgettable.
He takes immense pride in showcasing historic properties at their finest, blending refined hospitality with a strong sense of stewardship and excellence. With a thoughtful approach and a discerning eye, Henry is dedicated to creating memorable moments for clients while guiding the long-term success of the venue.
Sarah Bumpus Bosch - Financial Controller

Tracey - Event Support Manager
With 35 years of experience working in hospitality, Tracey has perfected the art of designing incredible guest experiences. For Tracey, food plays a huge part in every event whether it is canapés and champagne in the gardens or a six course feast in the Dining Room.
Away from Prestwold, you can find Tracey enjoying French food markets with her family or baking her specialty triple chocolate brownies.
Rosie - Event Manager
Rosie brings her eye for perfection to every event at Prestwold Hall. With a degree in photography, it is safe to say Rosie loves flexing her creativity whether it is behind the camera or behind the bar.
Outside of work, Rosie can be found at the gym or spending quality time with her family and friends.
Marc – Head Chef
Marc is a super talented chef with a strong Michelin star background and a passion for cooking over fire. He was a finalist in the prestigious 2019 National Chef of the Year competition, and is aiming to win it in 2021.
When not in the kitchen, Marc can be found at his allotment or spending time with his wife and three children.
Jon - Groundsman & Caretaker
'Hands on Jon' is a whirlwind of helpfulness. There in a flash with tool kit in hand, Jon is vital to the smooth operation of Prestwold Hall. In his spare time, Jon enjoys spending time with his children, flying model planes and converting old trailers into bars!
Gary Bent - Sous Chef
Gary joined us a few months ago as our new Sous Chef, assisting headchef Marco in the Prestwold Kitchens. Gary & Marco actually went to Culinary School together, aged 16!
Having been a chef for 30 years, working in restaurants and hotels, Gary has seamlessly fitted into the team and Kitchen banter!
When not serving up delicious wedding breakfasts at Prestwold Hall, Gary can be found in his garden or rocking out to Metallica.

Lucy – Senior Event Manager
Lucy heads up our events team and steers a calm and steady ship, no matter the size of the event. Building a great rapport with couples is her key to hosting the perfect event.
Lucy is a country girl at heart, she loves being out in the fresh air - whether she is riding her horses or walking her terrier, Jasper, who was born and bred at Prestwold.
Oliver - Junior Event Manager
Oliver has recently completed his Event Planning Apprenticeship with us after first joining our front of house team age 15! He is always up for a giggle and excels in building fantastic relationships with clients. Outside of work, Oli can be found in the yoga studio or partying with friends.
Rachael - Housekeeping & Kitchen Support
Rachael runs the bedroom housekeeping with military precision. Ensuring everything is spotless, warm and welcoming for our guest staying over. She is a woman of many talents and also helps out in the Kitchen! Rachael is the Queen of Cakes and we all look forward to her lemon drizzles or cheesecakes.
Jasper - Office Support
Born here at Prestwold, Jasper is the real boss! Chief canape taster, pheasant chaser and therapy dog for any team members that need a quick cuddle mid shift.
Sam Ludlow - Pastry Chef
