I fell in love with cooking when I started pot washing in a boutique hotel at the tender age of 14. I went on to catering college to train, and developed my passion from there, working my way up the ranks in various hotels and restaurants. I joined Prestwold Hall as Head Chef in 2002 and have been creating culinary wedding day memories ever since.
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family, eating out and coaching my son’s football team.
Interests and hobbies: football, restaurants, and cooking (obviously!)
The son of a caterer, I grew up waiting tables and running bars at parties. I love nothing more than making guests happy, and when not at work I most like to spend time with my wife Ali, our 3 children and 2 dogs.
Interests and hobbies: travel, restaurants, fine wine, skiing, scuba diving and watching England play cricket & rugby.
Whilst studying at university, I began working for the business as a part time waitress. I soon realised that arranging events and being a part of making someone’s big day perfect was what I wanted to do. Since starting I have progressed within the company to events manager - my dream job!
I am a country girl at heart with a great love for horses and dogs. You will often find my dog Jasper, born and bred at Prestwold, keeping us all company in the office.
Interests & hobbies: Saracens RFC, cooking, horseriding, walking, painting, drawing, anything creative really!
I have always had a great passion for hospitality, and love to give a huge, warm welcome to every guest who walks through our doors here at Prestwold Hall.
I joined the company 2003 and have been the General Manager at Prestwold Hall since 2014.
Away from work I enjoy being out and about with my family, which usually involves a walk with our bouncy Portuguese water dog, Buddy.
Interests and hobbies: skiing, horseriding and chocolate!
