What to expect at the Prestwold Hall Winter Wedding Showcase 2026
We love hosting showcases at our stylish stately home venue, and our January 2026 Winter Wedding Showcase looks set to be particularly special. This showcase is a world away from the traditional wedding fair. Instead, we’re offering couples an exciting, immersive and inspirational winter wedding day ‘experience’. You’ll get to see Prestwold all dressed up as it would be for a wedding day, to help you visualise what your big day could look like with us. From the flowers to the styling, we’ve brought everything together in one place to serve up the very best big day inspiration.

As well as a unique opportunity to chat with Midlands-based wedding vendors, our showcase gives you the chance to explore Prestwold Hall properly. Our team will be on hand to offer guided tours around the venue and picturesque grounds, and will be very happy to answer any questions you have about our historic venue.

Who should come to the Prestwold Hall Winter Wedding Showcase?
The showcase is for all couples, wherever you are with your wedding planning. If you’re just engaged (congratulations!) it’s the perfect opportunity to look around our luxurious country house venue all dressed up, as well as meet the very best local suppliers who can help bring your wedding day vision to life. If you’ve already booked Prestwold Hall as the venue for you big day (great taste, by the way!) this is your opportunity to see it as it could look for your wedding. To help you make the most of your visit, we’re offering different time slots for couples depending on what stage of planning you’re at – you can find all the details below.

When is the Prestwold Hall Wedding Showcase?
Our Winter Wedding Showcase will be held on Sunday 25th January 2026. The event kicks off at 1pm and will run until 4pm. Please note that the early time slots – those running from 1pm to 2pm – are for couples who are still searching for their dream wedding venue, while the slots from 2:30pm onwards are for those who have already booked Prestwold Hall for their big day.

Where is the Prestwold Hall Winter Wedding Showcase?
Our showcase will be held inside our gorgeous Grade I listed stately home. Despite our idyllic countryside location, we’re very easy to get to, just five minutes in the car from Loughborough. How to book your place at the Prestwold Hall 2026 Wedding Showcase
While it’s free to attend our January 2026 wedding showcase, we do ask that all couples book their time slots in advance. Click here and select your preferred time slot. Just a reminder; the 1pm to 2pm slots are reserved for couples who have not yet booked their wedding venue, while the later time slots are for those who have already booked their wedding at Prestwold and would like to have another look around. We want to give you the best experience, so availability is limited. Our Prestwold Hall wedding showcases are always popular, so we’d recommend booking your place as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
